1. Read and understand Prospectus.
  2. Fill in Account Opening Form, Subscription Form, and Investor Profile Form completely.
  3. Attach copies of ID, Tax ID for Indonesian citizen or Passport for foreign citizen.
  4. Transfer fund to a mutual fund account in accordance to the selected mutual fund products.
  5. Fax form, documents, and deposit/transfer slip to (021) 5010 5760 or email to csrd@kiwoom.co.id.
  6. Form, documents, deposit/transfer slip, and good fund which are accepted before 1:00 PM (West Indonesia Time) will be processed using the same day NAV. If forms, transfer slip, and good fund are accepted after 1:00 PM (West Indonesia Time) will be processed using the next trading day NAV.
  7. Unit Holding Confirmation will be sent to customer correspondence address at the latest 7 (seven) trading days since subscription.

  2. Fax form to (021) 5010 5760 or email to csrd@kiwoom.co.id.
  3. The proceed fund after redemption fee deduction (if any) will be transferred to customer at the latest 7 (seven) trading days.
  4. Unit Holding Confirmation will be sent to customer correspondence address at the latest 7 (seven) trading days since redemption.

Customer will receive account report at the latest 12 days after end of month. The Account Report would state end of month balance position.
